Trimmer and folding
Trulli printing company is equipped with two Polar trimmers, one of which is the latest generation Polar 137 XT trimmer that allows a safe, efficient and fast cut.
Folding can be divided in two different process: Interior pages folding and cover folding.
Folding of the printout interior pages is realized in a folder with a feeder like that of the printing press. The sections to be folded come out to the other extremity.
The more the pages number increases, the more the folds number becomes important together with the increasing risk of breakage at folds. In order to remedy it, the paper should be cut in the folds to allow air to escape and paper to be folded.
