Quotation +

Realisation of quotation. He is responsible for calculating the good price in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and company profitability.

 

Production +

Controlling the client's order. The producer carries out the technical analysis of the cunsumer demand in order to create the production file. He ensures the control of all the production phases from the file creation to the product delivery.

 

Pre-press +

Responsible for pre-press. He assures the production of printing forms, by making sure the work quality, the productivity and the respect of deadlines.

He has to coordinate teamworks in order to realise the files according to the deadlines.

Responsible for CTP. He gets the plates ready for press.

The CTP operator receives the files and makes the page setting. After producing plates, he verify their quality.

 

 

Press +

Printing press operator. He makes and manages necessary operations for the production of printing book,  according to the final corrected proof.

The person starts up, sets and manages the printing machine (offset an tipo). He verifies the production quality and conformity to customer demands. There are the differences between « simple » monochrome printing presses and « complicated » four colours machines.

 

Binding +

Trimmer operator. He sets the machine before the production and verifies the trim quality in every stage. He has to assure the trim specific operations of the order, ensuring conditions of safety and cleanliness according to the manufacturing record. 

Stitching chain operator. The operator regulates and manages the stitching chain in full compliance with quality, deadlines and performance.

He has to manage his team, coordinating all the tasks. He regulates the gathering chain, the covers feeder, the three-knife trimmer, the milling and the rounding in order to obtain a printed final product that is stitched

Gathering chain operator. He gets the gathering chain ready in full compliance with quality standards.

The operator has to regulate the machine and manage the production according to customer requirements about quality and deadline.

Folder operator. Regulating and managing the folding machines, by assuring the production quality.

The operator gets the machine ready, regulates it and he is engaged in folding printed sheets according to defined deadlines and quality standards.

 

Expeditions and delivery +

Driver / delivery man. He verifies goods, charges and delivers them to the south-east of France.
